I wonder why no one ask JE if fans are allowed to organise (or JE can organise) a website where fans can put their subbed Arashi tv shows for non-Japanese speaking fan. As for server cost I don't mind to donate or pay a small monthly server fee.

Read before that there are some who sells subbed show to other fan. This happen because Arashi subbed show is difficult to come by and is joining the major sub community here is difficult.
If there is an official site for all sub tv show, then no one need to buy them from profit makers.

I have this idea because there is a website (even as apps) for kdrama where they get permission of tv station to sub certain dramas and allow fans in certain countries where they don't broadcast to watch these fan subbed dramas.

Just an idea which I got during weekend.
