im so late i only read this now. please accept me as a member of your community. i am always been a fan/follower on arashi subbing communities IN LJ. it saddened me that MU and MF are now gone and sharing of arashi vids become limited. and to add the pain my heart. the hardisk of my arashi files from various LJ communities was destroyed. all of my precious precious arashi are gone. thats why after crying for almost 2 weeks i wanted to get back all those vids.

i promise i will not share, reupload these vids to other sites

Also, I'm new to LJ and I'm a new fan of Arashi. I've a few scraps of stuff I found online (not the LJ ones), most of them are RAW without any credit or link back to the original poster. my external HD that i thought had died has come back to life. and it had my arashi tv files! i'll see if i can help out w/ any files =)

I want to thank you for doing this. As an Arashi fan for ~6-7 years I took for granted how relatively easy it was to get their shows, clips, articles, etc subbed. When I "came back," if you will, to the fandom after 2 years I saw how strict and closed off the sub groups have gotten with most of being inactive. I completely understand and respect their decisions of course, but as a foreign fan who always wished Johnny's and even Japan in general to embrace the international markets like you see with South Korea, it nonetheless saddens me.
I'm always happy when I see Arashi stuff (nonsubbed) get mentioned (like on reddit.com/r/JapaneseGameShows) and wish I could share the Arashi goodness but the hurdles that they would have to go would be too much. My hope is that there would be a community for Arashi like the one for Downtown on reddit.com/r/GakiNoTsukai.
Sorry for the tangent =p I wish you luck and if you need help feel free to ask.
