Pikanchi-subs update

Hi everyone!

Just a quick note to tell you that the maintainers of pikanchi_subs are back on track and have gone through all the pending membership applications that some of you were eagerly waiting for (they also went as far as replying to some of your comments in our masterpost :))!

So if you haven't done so already, now is a good time to join them and then, you can enjoy our little masterpost :) (pssst, they have "Waku Waku Gakkou" subbed ;))

Thank you once again everyone for your help and support, and thank you pikamiya and matsupika for making this all possible!
