Here is a list of old subbing communities which might be inactive in releasing new works, but are still accepting new members and have a revival going on (so you can go and help them reupload their dead files).

hi, first thanks so muuuch for doing this project :) I just wanna ask if you have any contact with soulsubs? I wanted to get the subs for Popcorn, LOVE, and Arafes 2013 from their comm but they're not accepting new members at the moment. :)

Unfortunately, Mirei (the owner) forbade any reuploads when she left the fandom and she wants to let her subs die and not be reuploaded ever again. When they die, they die.
