Here is a list of old subbing communities which might be inactive in releasing new works, but are still accepting new members and have a revival going on (so you can go and help them reupload their dead files).

Yes you should be able to join it. We have contacted them and send them the list of their dead files and they said they're gonna deal with that themselves :)

Ah ok because I applied to join their community back in July and since lj comm request expires each month, I request to join again when the next month comes and they still haven't accepted/rejected it so I was wondering. Thank you for answering ^^
